All content displayed on this website including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, product designs, illustrations, photographs, written text, and digital assets are the sole intellectual property of "CONQUIRON WATCHES", protected under applicable copyright, design, and trademark laws.

3. Products & Services

Conquiron(CRN) presents a distinguished collection of timepieces and exclusive merchandise . All product details, including prices, specifications, and availability, are subject to change without prior notice.

Waiting Period: The estimated waiting period for delivery is 30 to 90 days, depending on the model and customization requirements.

4. Orders & Payments

Right to Refuse Orders: Conquiron Watches reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reject any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or inaccurate pricing.

Payment Terms: Prices listed on this website are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement through approved payment channels.

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies imposed by their local jurisdictions. International orders, if applicable, may incur additional customs duties or import charges payable by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

• You may request to exchange your watch if it is between 3 and 6 months old from the original purchase date.
  
  

• All exchanges are subject to a mandatory physical inspection at an authorized Conquiron(CRN) Watch store.
  
  

• Upon approval, the customer will receive up to 60% of the original purchase value either in the form of CRXCredit (CRXC), or through other accepted in-store payment methods. The credit or payment can be used toward the purchase of another Conquiron timepiece. (where 1 CRXC equals ₹100)

• An appointment is required for all exchange requests, and Conquiron(CRN) reserves the right to deny exchanges for products that do not meet authenticity or condition standards.
  
  

Return & Buyback Policy

• Conquiron allows returns of its timepieces at any point, regardless of ownership duration, provided that valid proof of purchase, such as payment details or an official invoice, is presented
  
  

• For timepieces owned for less than 1 year, Conquiron guarantees a minimum buyback value of 30% and up to a maximum of 60% of the original purchase price, subject to the condition, model, and overall evaluation of the watch. For timepieces owned for more than 1 year, Conquiron does not guarantee any minimum value; however, based on factors such as condition, model, demand, and market assessment, the buyback value may extend up to 60% or, in exceptional cases, above 60%.
  
  

• All returns require prior scheduling, inspection, and verification by our in-house experts.
  
  

• The final decision on acceptance, valuation, and eligibility of returns or buybacks rests solely with Conquiron.

6. Customer Privacy & Data Protection

• At Conquiron Watches , we value and respect the privacy of every individual who engages with our brand. We collect only the essential information necessary to provide exceptional service, including but not limited to your name, contact details, billing information, and preferences related to our products.

• All customer data is stored securely and is never shared with any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law. We employ strict security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

• We do not engage in the sale of personal information. Every piece of data shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only to improve your experience with CRN.

• If you wish to review, update, or delete your data from our systems, please contact us through our official support channel. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations and continuously update our privacy practices to ensure your information remains safe and secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Conquiron Watches shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its products, services, or website. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss. Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

8. CRX9 Complimentary Customization Offer 

Conquiron provides complimentary customized jewellery, such as rings, bracelets, or other eligible items, to customers who purchase selected products that include this offer. The complimentary product will be customized based on the customer’s requirements and preferences. Customized products provided under this offer are non-transferable and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or redemption for monetary value.
